Our goal for 2027 is to mentor 475 children in foster care while expanding The Mayfly Project’s reach to more than 29 states, bringing hope, healing, and life-changing mentorship to even more youth who need it most. Every child deserves the opportunity to experience the confidence, peace, and sense of belonging that comes from spending time on the water with a caring mentor. By joining us at Mending the Line Fundraiser, or supporting TMP, you are helping us give the gift of fly fishing to a young person who has experienced trauma, providing them with brand-new fly fishing equipment, five unforgettable mentoring outings, conservation education, and the support of a dedicated volunteer mentor.
