Support The Mayfly Project
Little Rock, Arkansas Methodist Children’s Home Project
The Mayfly Project does so much more for the kids than teach them about fly fishing, conservation and the outdoors. TMP connects with the youth of our area in a caring, meaningful way to show each and every kid that they are loved. Our mentors are well equipped to teach each kid the fundamentals of fly fishing while enjoying all aspects of the outdoors. I’ve seen that the program helps the mentees use fly fishing and the outdoors as a way to relax, get their mind off of daily struggles and even gain self-confidence.
Project Mentors
NICK GRISHAM, LEAD MENTOR
Conway, Arkansas
Nick was born and raised in the state of Arkansas and has always loved being outdoors, however, has only been fly fishing since 2014. Even in that short time, Nick has gained a passion for fly fishing and the river. Being able to use that passion of fly fishing and helping others is what gravitated him towards The Mayfly Project. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time and traveling with his beautiful wife, Charity, and 2 kids, Finley and Witt.
