Mentor Application for New Project

Do you believe in the power of fly fishing and community support for youth in foster care? The Mayfly Project launches five new projects each year, and we carefully select locations based on:

The Lead Mentor: Your experience, dedication, and vision are key to a successful project.
Community Need: We prioritize areas where youth can benefit most from mentoring opportunities.
The Fly Fishing Community: A strong local fly fishing network ensures the program thrives.

We know starting a new project is a big commitment, and we want to set you up for success. If you think your community is ready for TMP, fill out the application and tell us why your area, your team, and your vision are the perfect fit. Once we receive your application, the first step is an informational call and interview to walk through the details of the startup process and answer your questions.

Note: Because we only accept a limited number of projects each year, not every application can be selected. There are two phases of interviews for this application.
